Personal Training

I recognise that each client is a unique, with very specific needs and goals. Careful and precise attention is paid to the gathering of information to help you achieve your goals.

What is involved?
The consultation is split into 3 areas covering your medical history, current health & fitness and a full nutritional assessment.

Initial Consultation - Medical history / General Assessment
The initial consultation is a chance for us to meet up, view the studio and discuss your goals.

A full medical history, followed by a general chat on your current activity and what you really want to achieve from Personal Training which will paint an accurate picture of your overall health and fitness, and create a benchmark for improvements.

Health & Fitness assessment
This is the main assessment, the equivalent of an MOT for the body, including Height - Weight - Body Mass Index - Blood Pressure - Aerobic Fitness Test - Muscular Endurance - Core Endurance – Flexibility. You will need to be dressed in exercise clothing and shoes.

Nutritional Assessment
This questionnaire will look at many elements of your current nutritional status.

From the information gathered we are ready to begin training towards your personal goals.
